As an Engineer for RWE's biomass plant, you are part of the Engineering department and Maintenance (E&M). The department consists of an Engineering team and a Daily team Maintenance. The teams are jointly responsible for the optimal technical condition of the installation. As an Instrumentation Engineer you work together with the Mechanical Engineering Engineers, Electrical Engineering, SIL, DCS and Civil. Together you draw up the maintenance plans for it maintenance of our installations. In addition, you are in close contact with the Daily Maintenance team and the Operations Department. You draw up maintenance plans in SAP based on extensive analyses, verifications and you test them to the requirements. In addition, you manage the spare parts tailored to your criticality studies. You provide input for the request for the maintenance budget and future ones investments and you initiate modifications and write the project specifications and purchase projects. You also support the department with complex failures in daily maintenance with analysis and problem solving. You also make an active contribution after an incident a multidisciplinary team to get to the root cause (RCA).

Jij bezit over

  • A Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or comparable;
  • Knowledge of IEC 61511;
  • Experience in the energy, oil, gas or chemical industry;
  • You are able to write a Technical Assignment Theorem (TOS) that can be implemented internally or by a contractor.
