Your goal as a First Line Engineer is to resolve or prevent technical customer questions, or technical problems, as adequately as possible. In this way, together we ensure high customer satisfaction. Customers call you if there are technical problems. With your customer-oriented attitude, you know how to obtain the right information and interpret it professionally and efficiently. Via a remote connection with the customer, you can look inside the machine via TIA portal or Rockwell while you are on the phone with the customer. If it is not possible to solve the technical problem remotely, you may have to travel to the customer's location. In such a case, you solve the technical problem on site, so that the customer can put his Rademaker machine back into use as soon as possible. This of course depends on your knowledge, skills and availability. Because you assist customers with technical problems and malfunctions, you will notice repeated malfunctions. We invite you to think about solutions and adjustments to our machines to prevent these in the future. You also think about the processes and possible improvements within the Customer Support department, because we find your fresh perspective valuable. Keeping our customers satisfied is of course not something you do alone, because you work closely with your direct colleagues within the Customer Support team. You have four direct colleagues in the role of First Line Engineer and three colleagues in the role of Service Coordinator. Your direct manager is the Customer Support Team Leader, who has also fulfilled the role of First Line Engineer in the past. An experienced expert!

Jij bezit over

  • A Bachelors level of education in the field of electrical engineering or mechatronics;
  • You already have a few years of work experience in mechanical engineering, in a role in which you have accepted, analyzed and resolved technical faults;
  • You have experience with Siemens hardware (S7/TIA Portal).
