As a Field Service Engineer, you are the heart of their service organization and work on their low and medium voltage UPS installations of HITEC worldwide. Your expertise has a direct influence on the quality and performance of their products. You perform commissioning, maintenance, revisions and upgrades at our customers' locations in accordance with our procedures, guidelines, instructions and international standards. You are the coordinator and supervisor during the installation phase on site, prior to the commissioning of the UPS installation. You provide technical support to customers, sister companies, distributors and agents. You provide on-the-job training and workshops to operators. You discuss the progress and quality with the Manager Global Commissioning, Planning & Field Service.
